To be able to add permanent text to the notes section of estimates and invoices

It would be nice to be able to add permanent text to the notes section of the invoices and estimates. We can already do it in the invoice terms section, however the formatting of the invoices/estimates makes it difficult to add longer blocks of text. If there was an option to have a standing entry for the notes section I would be able to add terms and conditions, liability statements, etc. to the invoices without having to copy and paste for each one.
