Hyperlinking in text areas

Add ability for all areas to recognize a link. So like in project notes, client notes, etc... if a URL is added, it should recognize that as a link and hyperlink it. OR, add in the toolbar for the text area(s) the hyperlink button so they can add their own. Whatever is easier to implement.
