Default credit card processing fee per client or in general

Instead of having to add the credit card processing fee per invoice or estimate, having the ability to create it as a global option.

I would add to this that it would be nice to use different processing fees. We take Venmo (1.9%), ACH (.8%) and Credit Cards (2.9%). I realize this complicates things, but I don't want to charge 3% for Venmo and nothing for ACH. I want to base it on how they choose to pay, and allow them to make that selection.
