Contacts and Projects drop-down

We would love it if the contacts and the projects tab on the left of the screen were menu items like "team" and "business", this would allow us to quickly go from one lead to another without needing to go back through the steps. Same thing with the projects. When we're in a project, it feels like a lot of steps to get to another one. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!
