Combined invoices

It looks as though invoices need to be for either services OR products, but cannot combine both. I would love to combine both so we can charge for our time and our sales in one invoice.

When an invoice is reflecting services only, it is very odd to see a shipping charge column on that invoice. We also do not do "sales" and seeing that on the invoice implies that they have the potential of getting a sale from us, so it would be great if we could remove that column.

It would also be great to combine the total work time by employee on an invoice and see the services shown by employee.

ie.
Ryan - 6.25 hrs
Rachel - 20.5 hrs
Sean - 1.75 hrs
