Ability to choose what displays on the invoices

We would love to remove the "sales price" and "shipping" columns from our invoices when we are doing service only invoices. We would also love to see the service time in a single line per person with their hourly rate showing:

Ryan - 6.25 hrs - $90/hour - $562.50

No image, no sales price, no shipping. These items are not relevant on service invoices and we would not be comfortable sending an invoice that implies that we might offer a sale on our billable time 😉
